My card is not accepted - what can I do?

The credit card details entered (card number, expiration date, CVV) are incorrect or incomplete. Please check your input again. 

The credit card has expired. Check the expiration date and request a new card if necessary.

The credit card limit has been reached or the available balance is not sufficient to make the purchase. Talk to your bank about the credit limit on your credit card or whether you have daily or weekly limits for the debit card balance on your card. 

The transaction is blocked due to suspicious circumstances on the part of the bank or merchant. This can be triggered by unusual shopping habits or suspicious activities. Talk to your bank or credit card company and have our online store unblocked if necessary. 

Some online transactions require additional authentication (e.g. 3D Secure, Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode). If this is not completed correctly, the transaction may fail. Check whether you need this authentication and install it on your cell phone. 

Some credit cards may be blocked for online purchases or transactions abroad. Talk to your bank about which countries your card is permitted and have Austrian or the European Union activated. 

The card has been blocked by the bank due to suspicious activity or at the cardholder's request. Contact your bank if your card has been blocked. 

 In the Getzner online store, all prices are quoted and charged in Euros. Your credit card may not be authorized for transactions in that currency. If necessary, have your card activated in Euros for the purchase.
