Shipping

We ship your order from Austria. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and the details of the courrier service that the order has been dispatched.

Costs

As for the costs, we offer free shipping for order over 1000 euros. Please refer to our table for the exact shipping costs per country.

Dispatch time

The shipping time within Europe generally takes between 2 – 5 working days. For shipment outside the EU, I recommend consulting our table to obtain accurate information.

Returns

	Step 1: Prepare your return Your order can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason. Please use our revocation form which was sent to you by e-mail. If you can’t find the e-mail, you can download the form here.
	Step 2: Prepare the parcel Place the item which you wish to return together with the completed revocation form in the parcel. Please ensure that the goods are in their original condition. Then pack the goods and seal the parcel securely.
	Step 3: Send the parcel Address the return to: Getzner Handel GmbH Wiesenstraße 19 6890 Lustenau, Österreich Please hand the addressed parcel over to your nearest shipping service provider and make sure to obtain a shipping confirmation.
